Ever hear of the saying "There is no I in team"?


Well — that's not true. In fact, there are lots of I's in team.


I is for 'individual'. Teams are made up of many individuals.

The word individual literally means NOT divided. Similar to the word 'indivisible'.

And if you’re part of a team, then you are doubly not divided.


Additionally, there are many EYES in a team. That’s why teams are so creatively powerful. They can better see the big picture.
